About Devlin
Devlin is a native New Yorker born and raised near the capital district of NY. He began tattooing in 2003 and focuses mostly on bold dynamic color work, pulling from the many styles tattooing has to offer. He opened The Privateer in 2019 with hopes of bringing a new approach not commonly found in the region.

1. What would you like to get done?.. i.e. idea/concept, content, theme, etc.

2. Where on your body, and how large would you like this idea?.

Along with the answers to the previous questions, please attach any reference pictures you may have to work from as well as a description of how you would like to use them
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-My hourly rate is $150 an hour, a day rate of $1200, or half day at $600.
-Anything of significant size I will most likely book for a full day. (i.e. sleeves, backs or fronts). When beginning large scale work, such as sleeves, I prefer to have a full day locked in, so that if there are any modifications to the design we will have the time to work them out. Please know that if you have the full day booked and it doesn’t go the full 8 hours the pricing will be adjusted according to the hourly rate.
-I do not work weekends or Wednesdays.
-If you have a large project that can’t be finished in one day I recommend booking several appointments one month apart.
